Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation requests must include:

  • Client name
  • Case reference number
  • Reason for cancellation

2. Administrative Fees

Administrative and documentation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Success Fees

Success fees are payable only upon successful recovery of funds. If no funds are recovered, success fees will not apply.

4. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered if services have not progressed beyond preliminary stages.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
